Dream continued...

I don't know if I'll ever finish this dream but I should just keep going with it i guess so...here's s'more of my vampire dream

(Warning: Most of my dreams have a lot of romance in it and sometimes its a little corny...^-^)

I turned down the hall and to the left and set his suitcase on the small bed in the sparse room.

"Sorry the bed is so small...it's all we have..." I said suddenly feeling a little self-conscious of our accommodations.

"It is quite all right. I'm sure we can figure something out." He smiled that close-lipped smile again and i felt as if my heart would jump out of my chest and skitter across the floor. I found my self wordless and an awkward silence stretched out into the empty space that spanned between us.

"Ummm...." I tried to break the silence that was slowly thickening and becoming almost suffocating. "C-can I take your coat...?" I winced at my stutter. His smile came again and i thought that i had better get out of the before I passed out from the beating of my heart against my rib cage.

"Thank you." Oh god. This was going to be a difficult year if even those simple words made me swoon. I took his coat and took the small step that was needed to get through the door. It was a small apartment. I stopped and peeked my head back in the door to say something else.

"Umm...d-" I stopped short and felt a hot blush rush to cover my face full of surprise. Damian was pulling his shirt off to change and was now standing their his beautiful marble like skin gleaming in the afternoon sun that was streaming through the window. Every feature of his flawless perfectly toned body was accented with the radiance of the sun. Now I really was going to faint! I felt my knees go weak. He turned to me and saw me flushed and gaping but it didn't seem to mind it. Actually it was as if he was expecting it.

"Yes?" He said with a smile. I could feel my knees giving way beneath me.

"O-once you're....umm....youre decent would you....uh....l-like to join us for dinner? I mean! Would you like to join us for lunch?!" I finally managed to get out after fumbling like a newborn over the words.

"That would be great." I only stayed long enough to hear 'great' as I slammed the door to his room and collapsed right outside his door, sliding down the wall. This was definitely not good for my health. I stayed their for a few seconds to catch my breath before slowly standing up testing the strength of my legs. when I deemed them trustworthy i got up to put his coat in the hall closet and go help my mother with the cooking. As I was hanging up his coat something fell out of the pocket. I picked it up and saw that it was a letter addressed to Damian. I read the cover.

To Master Damian:

Enclosed in this letter are the details of your assignment.

Let no one but you read the contents of this letter.

This is of the up most importance.

'Assignment' ? What was that supposed to mean?

"Is something wrong?" I jumped and quickly pocketed the letter in my back pocket. Turning around I found his beautiful face mere inches from mine. I gulped and felt my knees go weak again.

"It was n-nothing...I thought I saw a mouse but it was just an old sock collecting dust bunnies..." I trailed off as I felt his breath on my face and he leaned in closer. I saw a smile on his lips but it was not the amused smirk that he wore before but one that emanated wickedness. His mouth came closer and closer to me and as I thought 'Oh god! He's going to kiss me!' he passed my cheek brushing it with his and with a jolt i realized that it was shockingly cold despite the 90 degree weather outside(And in). I watched as he finally uncovered his teeth as he smiled but I wished that he hadn't because on each side of his mouth his canines were unusually large...and pointed. Fangs!

I let out a squeak of a scream and started to fall as my knees gave out. Damian pulled away and I caught a quick glimpse of blood red crimson eyes before he shook his head and his eyes became normal again. With disconcerting speed he caught me before I hit the floor and he picked me up as if I weighed nothing at all holding me like a groom carrying his bride over the threshold of their new house. Panicking I began hitting him and thrashing in his arms.

"Let me go! Let me go! I said...let!Me!Go!" I shouted. My mom came in towelling off her hands.

"What's going on?" She said worriedly.

"Mom-mmf!" My attempts to warn my mother were prevented as Damian subtly pressed my face hard in to his cold chest to muffle my cries.

"It's nothing Mrs. Brindle. She was just feeling faint. I was just about to carry her to her room. That's all." Damian's lustrous voice immediately convinced my mother off his story and that everything would be all right. I made a muffled sigh of frustration and with a lot of force pulled my head back enough to get out 'okay now...' before getting pressed back into his chest. He looked down at me warily and I glared up at him defiantly but my eyes softened in defeat. Slowly he set me down and I headed for the door grabbing my purse as I went.

"Where are you going?" Both my mother and Damian asked.

"I need some fresh air...I'm going over to Eric's." My mother nodded and Damian looked at me distrustfully. I rolled my eyes and walked out the door. "I'll be back at 5." I added.

That gave me an hour and a half to figure out what was going on.

Okay my dream has turned out longer than I thought it would so it's going to take a while to actually tell the whole thing. It's amazing how such an awesome dream happened in only a few hours while this typing takes forever!!

Well anyways...

I'm at my mom's work right now. I'm volunteering to help out with an event down in the art center. I'm going to be helping supervise kids as they do artsy stuff down there. I don't know if anything will be as much fun as when i worked for the summer down in the art center.

Ah well...

The breaks almost over and I'm starting to feel the stress of school weigh down on my shoulders once again.

I guess that's it for now.
